The Sealproof 2" Inch Nonmetallic Liquid Tight Conduit Connector, molded of type nylon 6, with a flammability classification of 94V-2 and a temperature index of 125°C, resists salt water, weak acids, gasoline, alcohol, oil, grease, and common solvents. This connector includes a "0" Ring and a steel locknut, with dimensions of A=5.420"xB=0.860"xC=5.800".

The all-nylon construction of this connector also resists salt water, weak acids, gasoline, alcohol, oil, grease, and common solvents. The installer simply pushes the conduit or tubing onto the ferrule and tightens the domed sealing nut, eliminating the need for any disassembly. The completed assembly can then be secured in the chassis by the locknut or by first securing the connector into an NPT threaded hole.

No threading of the conduit or tubing is required to install this connector, eliminating the possibility of cutting the conduit and creating leak paths. This connector is suitable for a variety of applications, including HVAC equipment, machine tools, marine equipment, motors and controls, printing equipment, pumps, refrigeration equipment, transformer connections, and outdoor lighting.

The complete conduit/connector system is reusable, and the conduit will not wind tight onto the connector during assembly. The conduit can be easily removed by pulling while turning in a clockwise direction.
